Save time modifying the elements required for your visit before your EDL day.
You can add, modify and create your data from homePad documents, but you won't be able to sign them online for the time being.
Photos can be downloaded from your computer for integration into the report.

Visits
1. create a visit by following the standard instructions in our article
2. From the visit, select the Condition report. Data preparation is in progress, please wait.
3. Navigate the various tabs to your left to edit the necessary information.
a. Contacts
You can add or modify a contact and pre-select whether this contact should be Signatory and/or Recipient.
b. Keys
Add or modify keys at your convenience with quantities.
c. Meters
Add or modify meters with units
d. Rooms
Add or modify rooms
If you need to delete, duplicate or rename a part:

You can still modify the photo using the tools below. Don't forget to validate the photo with this button:
e. Appendices
Various, Checks and Comments are the same options as homePad App.
4. Close the report you have just created online:
5. A synchronization is launched to save these changes on your visit.

6. Assigned to
The visit must always be assigned to the person who will sign the report(s). This user must synchronize on his tablet/smartphone to receive it!
A few things to know:
Highly recommended for Chrome. It may work on other browsers such as Firefox and Safari, but without guaranteeing full functionality. Designed primarily for the desktop, it also works in the browser on iOs/Android.
Safe zone = logout. If a user has problems installing the application (an error message appears). Please follow these instructions to solve the problem:

Logging out deletes all browser files. If they are not synchronized, they are lost (see synchronization logic below - the user should not lose so much data in the event of a crash).
Synchronization logic: automatic synchronization with no action required on the part of the client. The client can still work during a synchronization, which is indicated by a gray cloud in the top right-hand corner. Synchronization takes place
every 5 minutes

every part change
at the end of the Inventory of fixtures (yellow cloud).
Picture logic :
on desktop/laptop, download images from files (jpeg/png)
on tablet/mobile, download images from the device's camera (no access to images already taken)
Data update logic:
To see a modification coming from iOS in the property inspection, the user must leave the IP in order to obtain the updated version.
Updating object lists from HP Admin: For customized lists to be modified, the user must click on a button at the bottom of the “My account” page. Customized lists are loaded the first time the user accesses a property inspection of the selected entity.
When exiting the property inspection, changes are not instantly reflected in the visit view, but appear after synchronization (if you add a contact to an inspection and then exit this visit).
