1. Contract type
Please select a subscription to a higher tier or keep your current subscription and add an additional service in the “Subscription Options” step.
Please note, however, that you will not be able to renew your subscription at the same credit level and for the same duration. If your credit consumption increases during the initial subscription period, homePad will offer you a contract that is better suited to your needs.
You can select a different duration from your previous subscription, including a discount:

3. Billing and account
Please review all your information and account details. Then, check the following box to authorize homePad to process your request
4. Payment
If a SEPA mandate or credit card has been previously provided to us, you can link this payment method to your new subscription.
Alternatively, you can specify a new payment method to validate your request.
New contract awaiting signature
You will receive a separate email to sign the contract for the subscription you have chosen from the Store. Please review it and have it signed by the company's authorized signatory.
Once signed, your account will be updated.
Action to be taken
Please notify your teams to restart synchronization from their digital devices. Emails will be sent automatically to the relevant people and your copies of reports will be available on homePad Documents.
